Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery to the United States usually takes 8–14 business days after your order ships. During busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays, delivery can take a little longer, so please order early if it's a gift.
Shipping costs

Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after your order ships.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address before your order ships, but not after.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us. We'll look into it and send a replacement or refund if your package is lost.
Customs and duties
US orders aren't charged extra customs fees. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which the customer pays.
