30-day "love it or return it" guarantee
We want you to love your Haurra. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be clean and undamaged, with all included accessories.
- Unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, the customer pays return shipping.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
