Where's my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Haurra. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
- Click Track your order to see the latest status.
- You can also open the order status link in your order confirmation email at any time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days after that. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after your order ships.
